From Operators (Hosts & Property Managers)

  • Property information, photos, and pricing.
  • Payment and banking details for receiving payouts.
  • Usage data and platform activity logs.

From Guests

  • Name, email address, phone number, and identification details.
  • Booking details including dates, preferences, and special requests.
  • Payment information processed through third-party providers.
  • Communication records between guests and operators.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
  • To process bookings, payments, and communications between operators and guests.
  • To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, pre-arrival info, post-stay follow-ups).
  • To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
  • To send marketing communications (with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayNow, Yoco) to facilitate transactions.
  • Operators receive guest details necessary to fulfil bookings.
  • Service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery).
  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
